About Our Services
EcommercebyAmir provides Amazon and Walmart marketplace consulting, including wholesale, online arbitrage (OA), Walmart WFS, private label guidance, sourcing leads, deal lists, educational guides, and one-on-one strategy calls. Services are sold as described at the time of purchase through our checkout provider, Whop, and are delivered digitally (leads, lists, guides, access, or scheduled calls) rather than as physical goods.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly share any leads, deal lists, guides, or other purchased materials without our written permission. You also agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract our content.
No Guarantee of Results
Amazon and Walmart selling involves financial risk, including the risk of loss. Leads, strategies, guides, and guidance we provide are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific sales, profit, ranking, or account outcomes, and the past results of any client or seller do not guarantee future results for you. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing, sourcing, and selling decisions.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our third-party checkout provider, Whop; we do not store your card details. Refund eligibility, if any, is described on the specific product or plan page at the time of purchase. To request a refund or ask about eligibility, email amir@ecommercebyamir.com.
Booked Calls & Scheduling
Strategy calls are scheduled via Calendly after payment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booked call. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future calls.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our guides, lists, and materials — including text, graphics, logos, and strategy frameworks — is owned by EcommercebyAmir or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to operate our business, including Whop for checkout and payments and Calendly for scheduling calls. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party providers, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
